We aim to maximise the long term return on investment (ROI) for our property owners, part of this is ensuring that the properties in our care are well maintained.  Bayleys do not manage sub-standard properties.

An appointment to view can be arranged through Viewing Tracker, which is a Trade Me Property product. This system shows the viewing times scheduled for properties. If the viewing time does not suit or there is no viewing time, tick ‘Viewing time(s) don’t suit and/or I have a question’ and your message will go through to our Property Manager. 

You can cancel a viewing any time via SMS, email or by logging into Trade Me. It is important to cancel rather than not show up as Viewing Tracker records “No Shows”.
